You are visiting the website of one of the busiest pro-life organizations in the Nation.

We are located in Genesee County, Michigan which ranks fourth in our state for abortions. Our organization was formed in 1974, the year after the United States Supreme Court in the Roe vs.Wade and Doe vs Bolton cases legalized abortion in America for all nine months of a pregnancy. Those rulings have resulted in the loss of 65 million American citizens from surgical abortion and untold more from chemical abortion. - over one third of those aborted unborn children were African Americans.

Our organization works hard to share the message of life by offering alternatives to men and women contemplating abortion such as the loving option of adoption.

According to the Michigan Department of Community Health, abortions on "residents" in Genesee County have increased, and since the passage of Proposal 3, we are concerned the numbers will rise significantly in the next report. Keep praying for the hearts of women to be changed by the truth about abortion - that it ends the life of a little one created by God with a purpose for that one’s life.

The following is a summary of the abortion statistics for the last reporting period - 2021:
1.	There were 28,409 induced abortions in Michigan - a 2% increase over the previous year.
2.	In 2021, less than half of the resident women receiving abortions had no previous induced abortions. From 1985 to 2021, women reporting that they had two or more previous abortions increased from 14.6% in 1985 to 26.5% in 2021.
3.	The majority of Michigan residents receiving induced abortions (34.6%) were performed on women under 25 years of age (college women), and 7.6% were performed on women less than 20 years old - a decrease from previous years.
4.	85.1% of the women who obtained an abortion were not married.
5.	Ultrasound was the most common method used to confirm a pregnancy (94.5%); and
6.	Americans of African descent accounted for 55.6% of the abortions which is alarming. representing another increase while white women accounted for 35% of the abortions. https://vitalstats.michigan.gov/osr/abortion/Summary.asp
